A long stretched building of seven stories snugs along the S–shaped, curved street, at the same time it is lifted off the ground, almost floating above the traffic solution beneath: the entrance ramp to the garage, bus terminals for the neighbouring hotel and access routes to the two core areas to the new building. These requirements and the existing underground garage below, which belongs to the neighbouring Hotel Hilton, posed difficult structural conditions, which required the erection of a table construction with six meter height above grade. Two glazed bridges connect the new building with the RZB–headquarter.
