Landesmuseum Niederösterreich

The project was based on the program of the cultural precinct of the newly installed capital of Lower Austria. The museum—a 100 year old institution at another location—mirrors in its conception and structure the three major areas—art, natural science, history of the Federal State of Lower Austria—that are spatially and organisationally connected in a complex network. A common lobby with common supporting provisions allows access to both the exhibition hall as well as to the museum.
